If damage is determined to be due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace the item at no charge, based on our discretion. You'll receive a pre-paid FedEx shipping label for all warranty claims within 1 to 2 business days. Does making a repair in the field void my warranty?

Repairing gear is a natural part of your garment's life cycle and will not void your manufacturer defect warranty. If you encounter a tear or puncture in the field, don't hesitate to make a repair.  During peak seasons, our warranties and repairs may take around 8 weeks on average.
