If damage is determined to be due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace the item at no charge, based on our discretion. You'll receive a pre-paid FedEx shipping label for all warranty claims within 1 to 2 business days. Remember, garments sent in for warranty work must be clean.
Our warranty covers zipper malfunctions, snap failures, seam stitch failures, seam tape failures, delamination, and GORE-TEX failures incurred during the intended use of the product with proper care.
SITKA Gear does not cover normal wear and tear damage. Examples of wear and tear include; rips, punctures, tears, pinholes, burns, staining, pilling, pulls, & snags.
Please note if the repair is not covered by our warranty policy, a shipping fee will apply along with the cost of repair
