Exchange processing times.

Exchanges are typically processed within 3-5 business days once received by our warehouse. However, during peak seasons, exchanges may take up to 3 weeks to complete upon receipt of your product. If you require a faster turnaround, we recommend returning the item for a refund and purchasing the correct size. read more

How do I make an exchange?

For refunds or exchanges, visit www.sitkagear.com/returns. Enter your Order Number and original email address, follow the steps, print the label, and ship the item. You'll receive email updates once your return is processed. Refunds will reflect in your account as "partially refunded" or "refunded," while exchanges will appear as a $0 order in your history. read more

Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Only items bought directly from sitkagear.com are eligible for exchange through our website or at one of our SITKA Depots.
