RECEIVED WRONG ITEM
If you did not receive the item you ordered, please go to sitkagear.com/returns to start the return process and follow the steps below.
1. Enter the order number and email address associated with your order.
2. Select the item you were supposed to receive and click exchange. On the following drop down, select order issue-received wrong product and confirm the size you need.
3. Please follow the next steps to confirm your information until your return is submitted and a label is provided.
4. Repackage the incorrect item, secure your label to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest UPS location.
5. Once your item is received at our warehouse, we will send out the correct item.
