If your item is damaged or defective upon receiving, please go to sitkagear.com/returns to start the return process and follow the steps below.
REPLACEMENT
1. Enter the order number and email address associated with your order.
2. Select the appropriate product and click exchange. On the following drop down, select damaged and confirm the size you need.
3. Please follow the next steps to confirm your information until your return is submitted and a label is provided.
4. Repackage your item, secure your label to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest UPS location.
5. Once your item is received at our warehouse, we will send out your replacement item.
REFUND
1. Enter the order number and email address associated with your order.
2. Select the appropriate product and click return. On the following drop down, select order issue and then the appropriate reason for your return.
3. Please follow the next steps to confirm your information until your return is submitted and a label is provided.
4. Repackage your item, secure your label to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest UPS location.
5. Once your item is received at our warehouse, we will issue you a full refund. Please note, during peak seasons, such as holidays, refunds may take up to 3 weeks to complete upon receipt of your product.
