How do I set up a return or exchange? – SITKA Gear

For refunds or exchanges, visit this return link. Enter your Order Number and original email address and follow the steps to set up your return or exchange request. You can then print the label and ship the item to our warehouse. You'll receive email updates once your item is shipped and received.

We allow for 5-7 business days from the day the package is shipped until the refund is expected to be processed, or the exchanged shipment is packaged. Please allow for longer than this time during high volume times of the year.

Refunds will reflect in your account as "partially refunded," while exchanges will appear as a $0 order in your history.

Please refer to our return/exchange policy below for guidelines:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the original purchase date, and only items bought directly through sitkagear.com are eligible for return via our website.

Each product must be in new and unused condition, with the original hang tags attached. Unfortunately, underwear cannot be returned.

Refunds will be issued to the original credit/debit card used during purchase; we don't offer store credit for returned items.

Size exchanges

Size exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same item. They cannot be used to change to a different item or colorway.

If the size you need is out of stock, you can either return the item for a refund or wait for the size to come back in stock. In either case, please make sure to act within 30 days of purchase.
