For refunds or exchanges, visit this return link. Enter your Order Number and original email address and follow the steps to set up your return or exchange request. You can then print the label and ship the item off to our warehouse. You'll receive email updates once your item is shipped and received.
We allow for 5-7 business days from the day the package is shipped until the refund is expected to be processed (or the exchanged shipment is packaged). Please allow for longer than this time during high volume times of the year.
Refunds will reflect in your account as "partially refunded," while exchanges will appear as a $0 order in your history.
