- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Shipping estimates apply to the contiguous United States (lower 48). Delivery times to other locations may be longer.
- Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
- Holiday seasons and other high-volume periods may result in longer processing or delivery times.
- Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
- Carrier delays, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our control may impact delivery times.
- The Drifter Roller 140L and Drifter Carry On 35L are subject to an additional shipping surcharge. The surcharge varies based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Expedited Shipping Cutoff
Orders using 1-Day or 2-Day Shipping must be placed by 12:00 PM ET to be eligible to ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET will be processed for shipment on the next business day.
For example, an expedited order placed after 12:00 PM ET on Friday would be processed for shipment on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress. Carrier tracking will provide the most current estimated delivery information once your package is in transit.
