If your carrier shipment details note that your package is being returned to sender, this could be due to a few reasons.
- Incorrect or undeliverable address
- In this case we recommend reaching out to the carrier to see if the address is able to be edited before delivery is attempted. When the package arrives back at the SITKA warehouse, you will receive a refund for your order.
- Mis-shipment
- In this case there was either an error or mistake with the contents of the package or damage to the contents. You will be refunded for the full amount of this shipment.
When you reorder, you will need to ensure that the delivery address has been corrected or updated.
