What if Pro pricing is not available for the size/color I want?
If Pro pricing is not showing for the item in the size/color you would like, it means we are out of stock in the Pro Warehouse. You can sign up for email notifications and place the order when it comes in. Alternatively, if you need it immediately, it should be available to purchase at full price.

If your discount is not appearing, it's possible that your Pro account needs to be renewed. Please visit our Pro Program to submit your renewal application.

You can expect to receive a response regarding your application within one business week. However, during peak and holiday times, the review process may take up to two weeks.

How Do I Know When to Reapply?
Members of the Pro Program will have to renew their status annually with updated credentials unless stated otherwise. GovX members will not have to reapply as long as their GovX account is active. Please use the below link to reapply once your Pro status becomes inactive. Pro Program Application
