By entering the PHORM x SITKA Waterfowl Hunt Giveaway (the "Promotion"), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

1. Sponsor and Promotional Partner

Sponsor: W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc., doing business as SITKA Gear, 105 East Oak, Bozeman, Montana 59715 ("Sponsor" or "SITKA").

Promotional Partner: 1st Phorm International, LLC, doing business as PHORM Energy ("PHORM Energy"). PHORM Energy is a promotional partner and is not the Sponsor or administrator of the Promotion.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time on October 5, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on November 29, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States, excluding Rhode Island, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, PHORM Energy, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. Void in Rhode Island and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, visit https://www.sitkagear.com/giveaways and complete and submit the entry form with all required information. The QR code appearing on limited-edition PHORM Energy x SITKA cans directs entrants to this entry page, but purchasing a can or any SITKA product is not required. The entry page is available directly at the URL above.

Limit one entry per person and per email address during the Promotion Period. Additional, duplicate, incomplete, automated, mechanically reproduced, or otherwise noncompliant entries are void. Entrants may not use multiple identities, email addresses, or devices to circumvent the entry limit. In the event of a dispute regarding an entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant, subject to verification by Sponsor.

5. Grand Prize

One grand prize will be awarded. The grand prize consists of a guided waterfowl hunt for the winner and one guest, plus two complete SITKA waterfowl gear systems. The approximate retail value of the grand prize is $5,000.

Sponsor will determine the hunt location, outfitter, and dates, subject to availability. Lodging, meals, hunting licenses and permits, gratuities, and transportation during the hunt are included. Travel to and from the hunt destination, and any personal or incidental expenses not expressly listed as included, are the responsibility of the winner and guest.

The winner and guest must each have successfully completed an applicable hunting safety course before October 5, 2026, and must provide satisfactory proof of completion before the prize is awarded. The winner and guest must comply with all outfitter requirements and applicable hunting laws and regulations. If the winner or guest is unable to satisfy these requirements or participate on the dates selected by Sponsor, the affected portion of the prize may be forfeited.

The prize is nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or component becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes arising from acceptance or use of the prize. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about December 1, 2026, Sponsor will select one potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or phone number provided at entry and must respond and confirm acceptance within 24 hours after the notification is sent.

Sponsor may require the potential winner to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, a liability and publicity release where permitted by law, tax documentation, proof of identity and eligibility, proof of hunting safety course completion for the winner and guest, and any other documents reasonably required to award the prize. If a potential winner does not respond within 24 hours, is ineligible, fails to complete required documentation, cannot be contacted, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner will be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

After verification, the winner will be announced on December 10, 2026, through SITKA social media and email communications.

7. Entry Thank You Offer

Each eligible entrant will receive a one-time promotional code for $75 off a qualifying purchase of $250 or more at SITKAgear.com. The $250 minimum is calculated on the merchandise subtotal before taxes and shipping. The code is valid from October 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time through December 4, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time, the code is not redeemable for cash and may not be sold, transferred, duplicated, or combined with any other offer or promotion. It is not valid on already discounted products. Use of the code does not affect an entrant’s chances of winning.

8. Information Collection Data Sharing and Marketing

The entry form may collect an entrant's first and last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and state of residence. Sponsor will use this information to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants, award the prize, and for marketing and customer relationship purposes as described in the SITKA Privacy Policy.

By entering, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor will share the registration information submitted on the entry form with 1st Phorm International, LLC, doing business as PHORM Energy. PHORM Energy may add that information to its customer and marketing database and use it to send marketing and promotional emails, subject to its Privacy Policy. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in those messages.

By entering the Promotion, each entrant consents to receive marketing emails from SITKA Gear. By providing a phone number, each entrant also consents to receive marketing text messages from SITKA Gear, including messages sent using an autodialer. Standard message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails or opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to 50262. Email and SMS communications are subject to the SITKA Privacy Policy and Mobile Terms of Service.

9. Conditions of Participation

By entering, each entrant represents that the information submitted is true and complete and agrees to comply with these Official Rules. The winner and guest may be required to sign liability, publicity, medical, safety, outfitter, or other participation documents before participating in the hunt. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and PHORM Energy to use the winner's name, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, and city and state of residence for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants, the winner, and the winner's guest release and hold harmless Sponsor, PHORM Energy, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, outfitters, and each of their officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims, injuries, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or participation in the prize, including travel and hunting activities. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, violates these Official Rules, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, delayed, corrupted, or undelivered entries or communications; technical, network, hardware, software, website, or human errors; or unauthorized intervention in the Promotion. If fraud, technical failure, force majeure, or another event beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion and, if terminated, may award the prize in a random drawing from eligible entries received before the impairment, as appropriate. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not waive that provision.
