Residents of Canada will be charged standard import duty rates. Import duty is calculated exclusively on the value of the imported goods. In addition to duty, imports may be subject to other taxes such as General Sales Tax (GST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST), or a combination of both known as Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), depending on the type of import and province.
Exchanges for Canadian orders are NOT shipped Duties Paid, however you can apply for a refund through https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/import/courier/crp-prio-eng.html.
All warranty replacements sent into Canada will be sent Duties Paid.
