Secure a piece of paper to a hard, flat surface, ensuring it won’t slip.
Stand on the paper with your feet shoulder-width apart and your weight evenly balanced. Place only one foot on the paper at a time.
Using a pen or pencil held straight down, have a friend or partner mark the tip of your big toe and the back of your heel.
Step off the paper and use a ruler or measuring tape to measure the distance between the two marks. This is the length of your foot.
Repeat the process for your other foot, as it’s common for one foot to be slightly longer than the other.
Use the longer measurement to reference our size chart and find the appropriate size for your foot length. If your measurement falls between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
