Once you've completed your Return Authorization (RA), you'll receive a prepaid FedEx shipping label via email. Please be aware that all damaged products will be assessed upon receipt, and we'll repair, replace, or return them at our discretion. You'll receive an email confirmation once your damaged gear has been taken care of.
It's important to note that, according to United States law, garments sent in for repair or replacement must be CLEAN. Please wash used garments before mailing them in. Dirty garments will be returned without resolution of your claim.
